Recent studies have shown dramatic differences in accessibility for health care among the states of America. The states with stronger health care systems have far less deaths per year then those who struggle to obtain help. The Affordable Health Care Act sought out to help this situation, but with the option to opt out of the Medicaid expansion, several states and their people are being left behind.
